A tranquil and idyllic working farm surrounded by lush foliage, a peaceful meandering river and an abundance of nature; The Barn at Avington was the inspiration and venue for this gloriously green styled shoot.

Geometry VS soft natural foliage - the cool and industrial interior of the barn inspired the pairing of daring metallic geometric designs with natural details. Eucalyptus and Asparagus Fern were included in the bouquet, providing a range of textures. 

The caging also nodded to the barn's industrial interior. The copper hue was the perfect background for soft green florals, and played into the stationery too with a delicate design.

Various table themes were explored, all sharing the common details of lush green foliage and geometric flair. Flowing gauze table runners, bling charger plates and cut glass injected fun and playful textures into the styling. The cake also played homage to the feel of the shoot, with marble and gold detailing!

We love the original and unique combination of lush traditional foliage and ceramic pots of more modern grasses and succulent style plants.

Into the bluebell-jewelled woodland and the playfulness continued with a copper geometric frame holding up foraged foliage from the farm's surroundings. This shoot provides an overwhelming abundance of inspiration for a foliage meets luxe theme, oozing with luxurious greens, fun metallics and table-top texture!

Whatever day you may have had, this photo shoot is sure to brighten it up! From vivid florals to incredibly creative stationery; this shoot offers plenty of inspiring details. Here's what the talented folk behind Revelry Events had to say about their masterpiece.

Our Neon-Classical shoot was a modern vision of classical art and architecture, a splash and a half of colour against an elegant backdrop for Leo and Roman’s wedding reception.

A mixture of modern lucite and classical plinths, brightly painted statues and busts, almost neon coloured brights and bold patterns paired with fine art and elegant tableware. Think 'Sistine Chapel meets a bucket of neon paint'.

Arianna from Wildflower Cakes took the brief of classic and contemporary and ran with it - displaying her grey marbled tiers with neon pink florals on a perspex plinth.

BerinMade were inspirational with their designs for our brief - using bright colours and the popular 'drip effect' we're seeing so much in celebration cakes right now.

Oh Wonder Calligraphy's dip dyed neon pink place cards were perfect, against the other brights on the table and the soft grey and blue base.

Mary Jane Vaughan smashed it when it came to the flowers - coming up with the genius idea of filling the vases with food dye in water, to enhance the colour palette of the table.

A little neon tape upgrade was needed for the classical fireplace - to turn a traditional setting into something a little more playful.

Our aim for this shoot was to show modern couples that they don't need to be afraid of traditional and formal venues as their backdrop - embrace the contrast and get creative with colour to create a truly dynamic look.

Now who isn't obsessed with mermaids at the moment? The dream team at Revelry Events have organised the most beautiful under-sea inspired photo shoot with a modern/urban twist! Enjoy...

This design was inspired by the many 'seaside glam' shoots we'd seen over the past few years. Sequinned brides, seashells and the beach. We love those kind of shoots, they can be really stunning. But what about the brides who don't want to get married on the coast? It's all very pretty in a picture but you just know you're going to have sand in your cleavage and your well-coiffed hairdo will be blown to smithereens before the I Dos. So what if you like the look but also really want to stay safely in a city or town to get hitched? You can have it all!

Our Urban Mermaid design was for that exact couple. Bringing in natural elements like shells and stone, with more urban ones like concrete and glass. All against a more formal backdrop of a typical London wedding venue.

Using pastel colours as a base with iridescent paper details for glam, it brings both a modern and organic texture to a blank canvas wedding venue.

BerinMade's shimmering gemstones showed off the iridescent/holographic trend we think is going to make the transition from runway to wedding world in the next year.

We chose to work at One Belgravia, a beautifully restored building with character but also enough of a blank slate to put our stamp on it, and encourage couples to do the same.

Our photographer was Alethiea from Xander and Thea. We love working with her, all her images are like fine art - the very thing she is influenced by.

We were so lucky to be able to work once again with the uber-talent that is the Mary Jane Vaughan team. We love working with them because they are up for anything and always create more than we could have imagined. We brought on board paper-magic-makers BerinMade, calligrapher extraordinaire Oh Wonder Calligraphy and baker of dreams Wildflower Cakes.
